What is the Turn Around Time for my orders?
- Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
What if I have a question or need to make changes to my order?
- Please click the "Message Us" link on the bottom right of the site or via email at bellabellavips@outlook.com to get it touch with a member of the staff as soon as possible.
- Orders cannot be changed after they have been shipped.
What are the shipping details?
- Items are shipped via USPS priority or first class depending on weight.
- Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided upon ordering.
- If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the "Message Us" link on the bottom right of the site or via email at bellabellaboutiqueinc@gmail.com
- Shipments are not insured but insurance could be purchased upon request.
What are the return details?
- All sales are final. Only exchanges will be accepted. Return must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of product.
- If this time period has elapsed, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be tagged and in the original packaging. To prevent allergy situations for our clients, it must also be free from strong odors such as smoke and/or perfumes.
- Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.
- To return your product, you should email us at bellabellavips@outlook.com to receive return authorization within 3 days of receipt of item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- It is strongly suggested to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returned item(s). We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
